"For starters, I have to say that everyone there has always been attentive and motivated to help me resolve my problems. In particular though, I have to rate Natasha as being super superb! 😁 No, seriously.... She rocks! I was having issues with State Farm on I guess you might say their corporate level. My wife and I were chasing a simple $200 tow truck reimbursement. The way they have systems set up it's a wonder anyone can receive correspondence or a payment. It's all just a bunch of silly little stuff really but Natasha stepped in and took the bull by the horns, as they say. She called the folks at corporate let them know that they weren't fulfilling the needs of the customer. I mean she really jumped down their throats and got things straightened out for us. It's really nice to know when you're frustrated that someone is there to take over and help you out. This lady is not only fierce and a real go-getter but she's very pleasant and has a great sense of humor. She's truly a pleasure to speak to and to anyone reading this, please give this woman a raise! She certainly deserves it! Anthony and Gina Busano"
